Opening a bakery was never my childhood dream. It was never even a career choice throughout my twenties. I went to school for Korean language and literature studies, graduated in South Korea then came back to Vietnam to work in sales and marketing. My job at the time was mentally demanding and baking came to me as a hobby, a way to de-stress.
Fast forward to 12 years later and here I am, half way around the world from Vietnam, opening my own bakery. It was, is, and will always be one heck of a ride and I can’t thank you - my supporters and my customers - enough for making this bakery a reality.
